Diastasis Recti & CORE Foundation

This is an introduction to core training and provides guidelines on diastasis recti and how to test for it.

The goal of this eCourse is to introduce you to activating your core abdominal muscles (particularly your transverse abdominis muscles) as well as exercising your pelvic floor muscles.

After you complete these exercises you can proceed to the PPCORE 1 program (for postpartum moms experiencing diastasis recti, pelvic floor dysfunction or core weakness).
