Welcome to the PPCORE Foundation eCourse. This is an introduction to core training for prenatal women and postpartum moms. The course outlines the various things to take into consideration during your fitness and wellness journey.
The goal of this eCourse is to introduce you to activating your core abdominal muscles (particularly your transverse abdominis muscles) as well as exercising your pelvic floor muscles.

After you complete these exercises you can proceed to the PPCORE 1 program (for postpartum moms experiencing diastasis recti, pelvic floor dysfunction or core weakness).
