POSTNATAL TRAINING PROGRAM FOR MOMS
This program is aimed at restoring pelvic floor dysfunction, abdominal wall separation (diastasis recti) and pelvic floor weakness. With the help of targeted low impact exercises and good nutrition you will be back to performing optimally and regaining your confidence.
How it works
You will receive a postpartum assessment to understand where you are in your postpartum journey and address fitness & body alignment.

• Ab muscle training
• moderate workouts
• WhatsApp group discussions
• weekly email assignments
• online video classes per week
The class will run for a 4-week period and be carried out via WhatsApp group discussions, online exercise videos, and email notes with assignments.
Who is the program for?
• moms and/or women who want to restore their pelvic floor
• new or seasoned moms
• moms in 6-8 week postpartum recovery
• moms at 1 year postpartum or longer
• women who want to build a strong core
•anyone dealing with urinary incontinence pre/post childbirth
This training is ongoing and occurs in batches. Registration for the next batch opens June 20th, 2020.
