Weekly Classes

Join us on Saturdays for an amazing 40 min workout session and 15 min Q & A workshop (optional) . Bring your yoga mat and dedication.

Classes will consist of either a combination of medium intensity core, cardio and/or strength exercises, which will last for 40 mins. There is an optional Q & A session to discuss  your wellness journey or exercises carried out in the class.

Classes are held when we have full registration confirming attendance of participants. Once a full class has been confirmed, you will be contacted a week prior to with a date for when the next class will hold.

Q: What do I need to bring to class?

A: Your yoga mat.


Q: I am breastfeeding, can I attend the class?

A: Yes.


Q: I am a new mom can I attend the class?

A: Yes (as long as you have gotten clearance from your doctor to exercise).


Q: I am not a mom, can I attend?

A: Absolutely. The classes are not restricted to moms.


Q: I have Diastasis Recti and pelvic floor weakness, can I take the class?

A: Absolutely. The instructor will let you know when you need to modify an exercise if needed.


Q: Who is the instructor for the class?

A: Wande, our Pre/Postnatal Fitness Specialist.  


Q: If I cannot attend a class I already paid for, can I make up for it by attending a future class?

A: If you miss a class already paid for, you are able to make up for it by attending a future class. However, a make-up fee of 50% of the original class fee is required.
